Not exactly a slow week

To begin with…we’ve moved! Redeemer Lutheran Church in Elyria, as anticipated for some time, has closed its doors and put out the For Sale sign. We thank the Lord for our gracious hosts at Redeemer. It was a great 5-year run. Our last service there was this past Sunday. Dr. Anthony Silvestro filled the pulpit and brought the Word.

With the pews at Redeemer still warm following our departure, we quickly bounced to the Christian Unity Church in Grafton, OH, and rejoiced in the baptism of three new members of CtRC. Let’s not forget to thank Pastor Neil and our brethren at Christian Unity for allowing us the use of their baptistry.

Lastly, and certainly not the least in the history of our small church, we have taken up residence at the the Old Stone Methodist Church in Amherst, OH. Our occupancy commenced with our Wednesday night prayer meeting, followed by a tour and a walk around the property. What a glorious spring evening to have enjoyed this blessing from our Lord, who was quite generous in how He answered our many prayers and led us to a new place to gather. Again, we thank our gracious brethren at Old Stone, especially Pastor Park. The Rock and the Stone have partnered!
